EcoEarth offers a 7- day return policy from the date of delivery. All working products requested for return must be in original packaging and show no sign of usage in order to be accepted for exchange, refund, or store credit. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If a product is non-refundable, we are not able to process your return regardless of condition. In case of order mistake or cancellation, shipping fee is non-refundable once the order has been processed by our warehouse. The customer is responsible for any fee incurred from issues with delivery.
